Shipping policy

We usually dispatch you item the same day if you order before 2pm, items ordered after 2pm will be dispatched the next morning.

 

Standard delivery takes about three to five days to deliver at this time due to the COVID 19 season, however we expect you to receive your item the third day if there are no delays by the courier company , if for whatever reason you have not received your item by the sixth day please kindly contact us via our available telephone number or email.

 

Recorded delivery will usually take the next day or two days maximum to receive and if by any reason you have not received your item by the third day please contact us, sometimes there might be delay from the courier services especially at this uncertain time of Covid 19.
